Engineering Technician II

Purpose:

Responsible for performing technical tests and experiments for engineering/manufacturing processes. Performs set up of processing equipment. Processes test runs and prepares records, charts graphs of results through masking and diffusion to enable engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.

Knowledge/Experience:

• 3-5 years manufacturing experience within the Semiconductor / Electronics Industry
• Strong working knowledge of cleanroom operations preferred
• Knowledge of process engineering
• AA degree in Engineering Sciences or related field preferred. Equivalent experience may substitute for a degree.
• High school diploma and/or GED equivalent required.
