Technical Customer Service Representative

Purpose:


Responsible for providing technical support to Tekscend's customers including technical order review, order processing; ensures timely delivery and provides product problem recognition/resolution. Provides technical information/education for customers and identifies opportunities to improve product quality, delivery, and service. Works closely with Sales, Manufacturing and Finance to provide a comprehensive support structure for customers.

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Minimum of seven years technical customer service or comparable photomask experience, preferably within the Semiconductor/Photomask Industry
  • General understanding of overall mask making process
  • AA degree in related field preferred. Equivalent experience may substitute for degree

Skills:

  • Sufficient PC skills; Microsoft Office products
  • Strong communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving/analytical skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience communicating directly with customers
