Technical Customer Service Representative
Purpose:
Responsible for providing technical support to Tekscend's customers including technical order review, order processing; ensures timely delivery and provides product problem recognition/resolution. Provides technical information/education for customers and identifies opportunities to improve product quality, delivery, and service. Works closely with Sales, Manufacturing and Finance to provide a comprehensive support structure for customers.
Knowledge/Experience:
- Minimum of seven years technical customer service or comparable photomask experience, preferably within the Semiconductor/Photomask Industry
- General understanding of overall mask making process
- AA degree in related field preferred. Equivalent experience may substitute for degree
Skills:
- Sufficient PC skills; Microsoft Office products
- Strong communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience communicating directly with customers
- Teamwork skills
- Organizational skills
- Time management skills
